According to WHO a young adult is someone between the age of 10 and 24 while the youth is between 15 and 24. An adolescent is an individual, although not yet an adult, they are in the transition phase between childhood and adulthood. Most young people and adults feel sad or low once, in a while, this is understandable because of stressful experiences but when it drags for a long period of time at a stretch it may become an illness "depression". Mental health includes emotional, psychological, and social wellbeing. Depression and suicide is becoming increasingly common among young people. Change is one of the triggers of depression in youths. We overthink things, from admission to examination to graduation and employment.
